- Be part of the establishment & set-up of direct route-to-market project to elevate UK market to the next level.
- Exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Opportunity to contribute to driving commercial results and process improvement within a newly set up company.
- Work closely with FP&A, Commercial Finance, Controlling, S&OP and wider UK functions.
- Support monthly close processes by analysing the figures and adjustments.
- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and mix/price/volume analysis in alignment with Commercial Finance.
- Strategic Planning: support the process for creating of mid-long-term financial plan.
- Support the budgeting, forecast and reporting process at market and channel level.
- Monitor the entire P&L and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate data-driven decision making, through development and implementation off financial dashboards, strong and more insightful financial analysis, and business acumen.
- Provide financial support to Ireland business (which is distributed by sister Suntory Beverage & Food company) & also Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business as required.
- Provide local support for SGS global budgeting/forecasting/report systems.
- Proactively identify process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Accounting/Business/Finance qualification/Part qualified
- 3+ years of diversified finance/consulting experience, preferably including experience within a multinational consumer product business
- A team player who strives in a challenging and fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills & proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong time manager, able to prioritise a diverse workload and deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to work well in a culturally and functionally diverse environment
- MS Office skills (especially Excel) are a must
- SAP experience preferred
