You will be at helm for effective development and deployment of Suntory's BI spends across markets.
Role Responsibilities
Full Funnel Planning:
• Setting the vision and strategy for full-funnel strategy and planning process- connecting media to drive engagement, demand generation, acquisition, and retention, across Suntory's portfolio of global priority brands.
• Integration of IAT at both Global and market level. Ensure alignment to all consumer path to purchase.
Partner with the Brand Houses to ensure 'media first' thinking in practice and ensure media plans have the necessary assets and there are no dead ends.
Media Efficiency & Effectiveness:
• Step change Media efficiency and effectiveness of Suntory's media spends as per BI Effectiveness framework.
• Own and implement a leading-edge performance marketing vision and strategy and raise capability of well-structured, high performing team global/regional teams responsible for the management of Social media, Paid search; and Programmatic
• Influencing the planning and buying of $150M media worldwide with a results-oriented approach and continuous A/B testing environment
• Establish and instill an M&E approach to all media and make active recommendations that impact brands at scale.
Partnerships & JBP:
• Partner closely with Digital Content, Data & Predictive Analytics, Commerce, and Global & Local Brand. Marketing teams in campaign strategy, insights, and analysis.
• Lead and develop accountable joint business plans (JBPs) with leading ad platforms and agencies.
• Define and best practices for global and local market media efforts
Global Ad-Tech:
• Set up , monitor and ensure that Suntory's ad tech solutions are implemented Globally and with full transparency
• Continuously advance Suntory's capabilities in all emerging tech landscape to provide a competitive edge
Qualifications
- A media/marketing expert with 10+ years of client-side or agency experience in planning and buying
- 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching, developing, and leading
- Superior knowledge of media, partnerships, and agency landscape and evolving trends.
- A proven track record in establishing performance marketing capabilities and teams responsible for paid search,
- social and programmatic
- Expertise in ad-tech, mar-tech and, campaign optimization. Advanced knowledge of CDP, DMP, decision engines.
- Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough
- understanding of cross-channel attribution
- Has managed annual digital media spend >$50M or led media planning/buying teams of over 20 persons
- Strong ability to inspire and coach, and history of hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.
