Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Consumer Response Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative Consumer Response Team. This individual will gain invaluable insights into our brands, understand consumer behavior, and work with cutting-edge tools as part of our Digital & Technology organization. In this role, the Consumer Response Specialist will engage directly with our consumers, playing a crucial role in crafting unique and personalized consumer experiences. This individual will be at the forefront of building and enhancing our brands' relationships with consumers. These contributions will directly influence how we engage with our audience making this role vital to our success. By joining our team, they will help shape meaningful interactions at every touchpoint, contributing to our mission of elevating brands and creating lasting connections with our consumers.
Role Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to all consumer inquiries, requests, and complaints, adhering to established guidelines and performance expectations.
- Accurately document all consumer interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sprinklr, ensuring thoroughness and clarity.
- Collaborate in crafting messaging strategies that enhance response quality and speed, contributing to improved consumer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Suntory Global Spirits brands, products, related practices to enrich the consumer experience.
- Foster growth in our consumer base by building strong relationships and cultivating brand loyalty.
- Deliver exemplary white-glove service that consistently exceeds consumer expectations.
- Support Consumer Engagement initiatives to manage relationships efficiently and enhance overall consumer experiences.
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and insights and propose actionable solutions to address business challenges.
- 3-5 years of strong consumer-facing experience across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while navigating diverse brand and product contexts.
- Excellent rapport-building skills, a strong work ethic, and effective communication abilities.
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall consumer experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sprinklr or similar enterprise-level consumer response tools.
- A passion for digital engagement and enhancing the online shopping experience for consumers.
- The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, Illinois is $55,000-61,000k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
