This role will provide support across all Sales projects, and initiatives for the UK team, which will give a great insight into the world of Sales and Marketing at Suntory Global Spirits. This is a new role that an individual can make their own and be an integral part of a winning and inclusive team.

Role Responsibilities

Supporting the Sales team with focus and priorities mirroring the commercial activity calendar.
  • General administrative duties to support both Sales Directors including complex travel and logistics planning.
  • Supporting external key commercial events including invites and ticket management
  • Customer guest management for meeting arrivals at Head Office
  • On Trade & Off Trade 'Gemba' coordination for all key market visits
  • Administrative duties supporting Customer retro and rebate tracking & invoices
  • Organising samples / free stock management
  • Supporting Commercial team new starters with equipment & induction planning
  • Partner with MD EA with large internal event organisation.
  • Support with effective diary management for key meetings across Commercial
  • Adhoc commercial team support
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Sales, marketing, commercial marketing teams in a similar role
  • Knowledge or interest in the spirits industry
  • Knowledge of London (accounts, accommodation, transportation etc)
  • Excellent Communication, Planning and Organization skills
  • Team Player - Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships
  • Problem solving and proactive - taking accountability for tasks with a"Can do" attitude
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation of tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Capacity to manage issues and escalate appropriately.
  • MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to think broadly and creatively.
