The Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for managing the US depletion budget. This includes working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and FP&A to ensure forecasts are accurate, building standard reporting and tools for stakeholders to help analyze their budgets and execute their 2025 depletion plan in the AnaPlan platform, and loading financial budgets requirements for FP&A. The ideal candidate will be a strong independent worker with good cross-functional communication skills and have strong system skills to ensure AnaPlan is properly managed throughout the year.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage AnaPlan, including standard monthly forecasting, customer and brand mapping management, unconstrained forecast module build, and budget system preparation.
  • Manage IFT process, ensuring brand teams get proper forecasts from sales by managing the Anaplan system and general timeline.
  • Build standard reporting and tools for marketers to help analyze their depletion budgets.
  • Ensuring accuracy of the flash and actuals processes.
  • Load financial budgets requirements into SAP.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support sales decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry and financial trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with building financial models.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with tools such as AnaPlan or Power BI.
  • Creativity in report building to better enhance the processes for effective budgeting and in year execution.
The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $60,000 - $75,000, along with Annual Bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
