Overview
Warehouse Supervisor In a Leadership role on the Branch Operations Team, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the execution of all warehouse management activities required to meet inventory and material delivery objectives. This position manages the performance of all warehouse personnel in assigned branch locations to ensure effective and efficient material delivery to all Sunrun Installation and Build Partners Teams. Leading by example, the Warehouse Supervisor directs warehouse personnel through training and troubleshooting while teaching effective process and execution in accordance with Warehouse Operations standards and best practice.

Responsibilities
- Partner with functional and branch leadership to create strategic plans in support of future growth and improved efficiencies
- Interview, hire, train, and certify all new hires on Warehouse Operations Policy and Procedure
- Provide leadership, support, mentoring, and performance management that ensures development of a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Team
- Effectively lead and manage Warehouse Specialists and Warehouse Assistants to meet and exceed Warehouse Operations standards and expectations
- Coordinate and manage delivery of all materials in support of Build Partner installations
- Monitor and maintain integrity of inventory across all assigned warehouse locations through the management of the cycle count and physical inventory programs
- Create and produce performance metrics to enable effective management of the Warehouse Operations System.
- Develop and lead assigned Warehouse Operations Team utilizing training videos and seminars to drive continuous improvement in all warehouse operations tasks
- Provide on-the-job training and certification for all new hires
- Drive progress in the Warehouse Operations training program through implementation of new training tools and techniques
- Warehouse Management
- Responsible for the safety and security of warehouse inventory and equipment
- Maintain an organized and standard setup of all warehouse inventory and equipment according to Warehouse Operations standards and best practice
- Act as first point of contact for assigned Warehouse Team Members working to solve problems and drive efficiency in warehouse operations
- Perform special projects and tasks as assigned while meeting and exceeding Warehouse Operations Standards
- Travel between branch locations to manage Warehouse Teams while providing guidance and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Similar Discipline desired
- 5+ years of professional Warehouse and Logistics experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience in a Warehouse Operations Leadership role is required, preferably with renewable energy products
- Demonstrated and measurable results in driving efficiency and cost savings in Warehouse Operations
- An in-depth knowledge and proven skill at managing and solving complex Logistical problems
- Success in developing team members and team cohesion
- A history of leading company safety policies and procedures
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to execute on multiple projects within defined timelines
- Applies a systematic approach in analyzing information to develop Efficient and Effective results.
- Takes the initiative and identifies opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the Logistics System.
- A team player who excels in operating independently while acting with integrity in all work
- Ability to conceptualize and execute on large projects with solutions that drive innovation in the materials system
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change throughout the organizationProven ability to effectively partner with and influence business managers
- Quantitative and analytical mindset is a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed and make a difference

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$68,248.91 to $90,998.54

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
