Overview

Sunrun is actively seeking a Sr. Program Performance Analyst to join our Affiliate Partner organization. This role is vital for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing insights to optimize partner strategies, managing forecasting cycles, maintaining partner scorecards, and improving results.

  • Monitor and Analyze Program Performance: Systematically evaluate program performance against established KPIs and targets, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement to drive sustained success.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Prepare and present data to the Affiliate leadership team. Deliver sustainable business improvements by conducting analyses on performance trends, delivering actionable insights, and telling a story.
  • Manage Program Forecasting Cycles: Lead the management of program forecasting cycles, ensuring precise and timely projections of program outcomes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee Program Performance Management: Supervise comprehensive program performance management, including regular assessments and detailed reporting of program status and progress against strategic objectives. Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processes that aid performance management.
  • Key Support for Pipeline Managers: Serve as key support function for Pipeline Managers, ensuring consistency in messaging, processes, and priorities to maintain alignment across portfolio management activities.
  • Maintain and Update Partner Scorecards: Oversee the maintenance and regular updating of partner scorecards, providing stakeholders with an accurate and current view of partner performance metrics.
  • Develop and Refine QBR Framework: Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Framework, ensuring a robust and effective process for program evaluation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis: Perform in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends and gain insights into the competitive landscape, informing strategic planning and program development.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Broad experience with data platforms and analytics, including hands-on experience manipulating data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience mapping business challenges to data solutions.
  • Proven ability to present complex data clearly and compellingly.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both front-line and executive audiences, whether impromptu or via formal presentations.
  • Experience in business forecasting modeling and performance management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Be able to remain in a seated position for more than 50 percent of the workday
  • Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and occasionally lift and or move up to 15 pounds
  • Have adequate visual and hearing acuity to follow instructions, operate office equipment and determine the accuracy of the work assigned
  • Ability to perform normal office duties
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine the accuracy of work

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$91,846.13 to $122,461.50

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
