Overview
The New Homes Contracts and Admin Manager is responsible for ensuring that contracts signed with builders and partners align with the core objectives of the New Homes business and are conducive to Sunrun general business practices. They are also responsible to ensure that pricing agreed to in contracts is correctly reflected in our systems and is calculated correctly at the lot level. They will ensure that changes to pricing are accurately processed and managed and comply with all relevant SOX and other critical requirements. They will also be responsible to ensure IP pricing is calculated and paid correctly, as well as builder lease incentives. They should help guide the development of updates to salesforce functionality to ensure pricing to both builders and install partners is correctly stored and calculated automatically at each lot.

Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for ensuring Sunrun's New Homes contracts contain terms that we can execute on, and that align with the business goals of the New Homes division
- Develops and maintains contract storage repository, including developing and maintaining a master summary of contract key terms
- Ensures contractually agreed upon pricing is stored accurately and applied correctly at the lot level
- Partners with the digital team to develop capabilities to automate builder and installation partner pricing
- Ensures that builder lease incentives are calculated correctly and paid in a timely manner
- Identifies gaps in upstream or downstream systems/processes and collaborates with peers and other functional leaders within and outside of New Homes to optimize flow
- Collaborates with builders and IPs proactively and reactively to ensure inputs are received in a timely manner and updates are provided as appropriate on status of key issues and initiatives.
- Supports development of tools that align with and support ideal process flow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years experience in AP/AR, Pricing, and/or Contracts Review & Administration
- Experience reviewing contract terms and flagging changes needed
- Deep understanding of builder invoicing and payment procedures
- Experience with developing and configuring systems to support automation in builder invoicing, payments processing

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$92,183.18 to $122,910.90
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
