Job Description

The Success Academy Creative Agency is seeking a Lead, Content and Experience, to develop holistic content across our customer journeys. This role will be responsible for translating organizational goals and strategies into content strategies and working cross-departmentally to execute. They will be responsible for both our students and families as well as educators and staff experiences, reporting to the Leader, Content and Experience. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to the journey (across all channels), drive with concepts and pivot when needed, and skillfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Care deeply about building an engaging journey that is authentic to our audiences
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including customer experience, talent acquisition, schooling, and continuous improvement departments
• Within the creative agency, collaborate with creative teams to leverage existing content and develop clear and relevant content and messaging solutions.
• Leverage analytics and data to optimize content through experimentation, effectively report out to leadership on results
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of full-time work experience in content strategy and/or marketing

• Experience planning and executing against multiple customer journey touchpoints.
• Excellent user experience writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to think and write holistically across journeys, and also zoom in and add meaning to the smallest details.
• Collaborative, working well within a team environment with direction and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptive and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable speaking with internal stakeholders, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized and meticulous, carefully reviewing your work at all stages.
• Up to date with emerging content strategy channels, trends, and technologies.
