Job Description
As the HCIS/Workday Senior Analyst - Training and Quality, you'll configure and administer EE training, work with teams to ensure high quality implementations, and create materials to support educating Success Academy (SA) employees on system use. This role will work directly with business partners, other HCIS personnel, and with all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities
Training
- Gather requirements, configure, and implement employee training(s). This may be solely within the Workday Learning platform, or in combination with other platforms and integrations. A key component will be reporting EE's progress by various criteria (e.g., organization, role) so business leaders can ensure trainings are completed.
- Working with business partners and the HCIS team, develop system training materials such as: quick reference cards; process and procedure guides; digital adoption platforms (e.g., Workday assistant, Walk Me); video tutorials, and other job aids. The position will also train, or work with other HCIS analysts to train business partners on these changes. For organizational wide changes, this role will work with the communications department for communication and training.
- Create and maintain training development plans for HCIS, business partners, and end-users to ensure successful training / knowledge for general system users, system super users, and developers.
Quality Assurance
- Create and maintain a catalog and repository of test cases and personas to ensure a high quality product is implemented. Work with team members and business partners to identify appropriate test cases, complete testing, document issues, and coordinate the resolution of outstanding issues.
- Act as a customer proponent in testing requirements (especially during smoke testing), and be an advocate for a high quality user experience. Recommend design changes to ensure business requirements are achieved and user experience is optimized.
- Work with team members and business partners to analyze, reproduce, document, prioritize, and communicate issues found during testing. Then, work with teams and business partners to drive resolution of defects, or submit change requests for new development.
- Configures and maintains test environments and coordinates multiple testing activities that may be occurring simultaneously.

Requirements
- At least three years of experience of configuring the Workday Learning module.
- Experience in working with other Workday HC-related modules (HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
- Experience in working with high volume hiring organizations and TA systems.
- Experience with defining testing strategies and cases (manual and automated) including experiences with all phases of testing for both configurations and data. Also, responsible for both testing and leading testing efforts across multiple platforms (computer, mobile, tablet).
- Experience with User Interface (UI) testing and being an advocate for customers and the User Experience (UX).
- Experience in developing multiple types of training materials. Experience working with digital adoption platforms and e-learning tools preferred.
- Participates in training and development activities to keep abreast of current trends and best practices. Incorporates these best practices into designs.
- Demonstrated customer focus and able to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs. Strong organizational skills and initiative required, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Highly analytical, with strong problem solving and organizational skills including the ability to analyze large datasets, and proactively communicate insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Google applications (docs, sheets, etc.) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
