What You Will Do

As our Service Delivery Lead for Global Service Delivery, Corporate Services, you will be responsible for the technical management, maintenance, and support of application and systems in a business process in a global work environment. This individual works with RPA (Robotics Process Automation) COE and Satellite teams to assist with the resolution of complex, cross-functional integrations and incidents. He/ She will be highly focused on Service Continuity, Continuous Service Improvements and common operation practices within an ITIL framework to provide timely, high quality service delivery. This position will provide support for application management, monitoring, system performance, Change Management, Test Management and Release Management. He/ She will work with teams to optimize system performance and monitoring and will oversee the creation, development, and delivery of "leading practices" around managing the RPA landscapes and their availability, recoverability, capacity, and security.

The applicant must demonstrate a strong understanding of practical experiences in a range of technology disciplines and have a solid understanding of application and infrastructure needs and requirements. The candidate must have working experience with large volume and user based applications, specifically UiPath, ServiceNow, integration support, user access and provisioning, license monitoring and maintenance. The candidate must be a Practitioner of ITIL best practices for change, problem, incident management and must have key process skills such as SDLC, Agile and Waterfall structured thinking, flexible problem solving, evaluation, and diagnosis. He/ She must be able to build strong relationships internally and externally. The candidate must be able to build relationships throughout their process area and should be able to balance, integrate, and manage under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity.

This individual should have SaaS and Cloud technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies. Solid background in data visualization tools preferably power BI, Looker Studio or UiPath Insights, Programming background, preferably .NET, Python or PowerShell. Previous experience with UiPath or other relevant RPA/AI vendor products is highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be able to support and develop staff to create a positive environment promoting teamwork and high-performance standards. The applicant should be highly organized and process oriented and have a proven track record on delivering to commitments. He/ She must have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable plans and the ability to articulate ideas to both the business and IT. Familiarity with validation processes and implementing procedures to meet compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a constructive relationship between the service providers and the business based on understanding of business priorities, objectives, and drivers
  • Follow a global execution framework and methodology and the applicable processes and procedures for application run services
  • Provide communications and visibility on key activities and initiatives to business contacts IT partners
  • Provide thought leadership to remove complexity and help optimize cost savings for multi-year IT roadmaps
  • Set direction and provide a framework through which service improvement objectives can be delivered
  • Perform business impact analyses for all existing and new IT services
  • Implement and maintain the IT service continuity management process, in accordance with the overall requirements of the organization's business continuity management process, and represent IT services function
  • Ensure that IT service areas are prepared and able to respond to an invocation of the continuity plans

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of professional experience required in IT.
  • Working experience with RPA programs required, UiPath preferred
  • Experience with BI analytical reporting AI and enabling technologies highly preferred
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Portage, MI or Flower Mound, TX.
