As the Sr. Digital Cybersecurity analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Stryker's cloud infrastructure and applications including assessing digital security risks, implementing robust security measures, and maintaining a strong cloud and application security posture.

What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of our cloud infrastructure and IT applications to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and potential security breaches.
- Develop and implement effective security controls, strategies, and countermeasures to mitigate identified risks and enhance the overall security posture of our cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure cloud architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and ensure compliance within the cloud environment.
- Use standard cloud security tools to proactively identify weaknesses and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
- Create and maintain cloud security documentation, procedures, standards, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT CCoE, R&D DevOps, and IT global application development teams, to integrate security best practices and ensure secure cloud deployments and configurations.
- Provide guidance and support in promoting a security-conscious culture by delivering training sessions, creating awareness materials, and facilitating knowledge sharing on cloud security.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience Required.
- Understanding of cloud security architecture principles, secure network design, identity, and access management (IAM), encryption, and data protection techniques required.
- Experience and knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC) required.
- Entry-level cybersecurity certification such as Certified in Cybersecurity from (ISC)² or other equivalent is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Security Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) guidelines preferred.
- Experience with cloud security tools and SDLC security processes preferred.
