In your new role as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be part of the GLO (Global Logistics Operations) Quality Engineering Team, whose goal is to support GLO Projects and Shared Processes. This includes project work, developing, owning, and continuously improving quality processes, ensuring, and executing compliance at every stage of the process. You will assess potential risks and give recommendations, as well as taking responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process and project.

Is this you?
You have Experience You will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in quality assurance and having some validation experience is an advantage. You will have at least 2 years' experience in medical devices or another highly regulated industry.
You have the Right Academic Profile You have a degree (MBO+/ bachelor's degree or higher) in a field related to the life sciences or a relevant medical engineering field (biology, physiology, biomaterials, biomedical engineering or similar).
You are Fluent in English You possess an excellent command of written and spoken English. Any other European language would be an advantage.
You love a Challenge A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating innovative solutions. You can organise and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.
You are a Collaborative Partner You build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, and industry analyses to develop best practices.

You are a Strategic Thinker You enjoy analyzing data or trends from multiple sources and formats and create a comprehensive scientific review, including in depth statistical analyses, risk management cross-check and descriptive analyses, following complex and rigorous methodologies.
What will you do at Stryker?
- Support and lead projects to improve and standardize value add services
- Process Task Ownership including where applicable tasks regarding Training, Document and Record Control.
- NC/CAPA support and where applicable NC/CAPA ownership.
- Supporting Change and Risk management processes.
- Process reporting to stakeholders in and outside GLO.
- Driving improvements regarding Process and Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Assisting on internal and external auditing.
- Collaborating with internal GLO Stakeholders and Stryker Design Divisions regarding project related and other queries.
- Developing, owning, and executing quality processes across the GLO organization such as validation, environmental control
