What you will do
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to sales and sales management. This individual will support the secondary market order entry process, partner closely with logistics, and deliver exceptional customer service to our sales team.
- Manage Secondary Market inventory in partnership with greater Sales Operations team and Logistics.
- Responsible for identifying inventory, order processing, coordinating logistical inventory movement, and closing of orders.
- Responsible for month-end Secondary Market order conversion.
- Ownership of weekly Secondary Market and supporting program revenue updates, and monthly orders and shipment reporting.
- Identify opportunities to promote product, reduce inventory costs, and drive revenue for the Acute Care business.
- Partner with Finance to develop financial targets, track margins, and set pricing for secondary market opportunities.
- Prompt response and resolution to Sales Rep inquiries and issues regarding Secondary Market and/or Trial inventory.
- Effective communication with sales reps, regional managers, and internal team members.
- Builds relationships and fosters teamwork with internal and external team members.
- Provide exceptional customer and sales representative service in order management.
What you need
- Bachelor degree required
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Experience with an ERP system preferred (SAP)
- Experience with Excel & PowerBI preferred
