What you will do -
As the Project Manager, you will manage the project portfolio of the site, collaborate with cross functional teams to manage priorities, resources, budget and schedule attainment. Moreover, you will organize and execute key strategic projects/programs at the site.
Additional responsibilities
• Develop and implement standardized project management tools and templates.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to deploy programs such as cost reduction pipeline.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure
• Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart.
• Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget.
• Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
• Develop a risk management plan for the projects.
• Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
• Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional project resources.
• Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.
• Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
• Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders.

What you need -
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in engineering degree required (preferred Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical engineering degree)
• 3+ years of work experience required.
• Experience executing projects in a regulated manufacturing environment - highly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent - preferred
