Manufacturing Associate - Permanent Contract
Location: Belfast
Days: Monday-Thursday: 7.30 am - 6.00 pm.
What you will do:
- Ensuring the team performance meets KPIs on Safety, Quality and Productivity
- Ensures 6S is always adhered to
- Provides active coaching and feedback to operators.
- Manages training within the team against site KPIs
- Actively manages production flow to optimise performance
- Ensures Production Schedule is always followed.
- Lead the Tier 1 Process
- Actively anticipate potential downtime and reduce production interruptions
What you will need:- A minimum of 2 years' manufacturing experience
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a Team Lead / Coordinating role desired
- Competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Competency with SAP
