As a Manager, Downstream Marketing on Stryker's Spine Enabling Technologies team, you will be responsible for the Q Guidance brand, collaborating cross-divisionally to bring this technology to our customers. Your team of Sr. Marketing Associates supports our sales teams and engages with customers across our spine, cranial and imaging portfolios. Enabling Technologies is at an exciting turning point, and you will play a critical role in commercializing new products and shaping the future here at Stryker.

This is a Hybrid role that will be based out of Leesburg, VA. The role will consist of 40% travel and time spent on-site in the Leesburg office as needed. We will offer relocation assistance for this role.

What you will do

  • Lead a team responsible for the Enabling Technologies product strategy: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating and enforcing company policies, coaching and developing, and administering performance appraisals
  • Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in spine and cranial, and translate insights into current and future business strategy
  • Author key strategy documents and guide others to understand and execute
  • Provide clear, strategic and prioritized direction to the sales organization through written communications, presentations at training meetings, and informal interactions
  • Establish and manage pricing strategy
  • Demonstrate financial acumen and develop an effective KPI strategy
  • Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development, and hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
  • Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of work experience required
  • 5+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred
