As a Senior Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for design, configuration, and testing activities for a specific platform team and/or corresponding set of applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework. You will also produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within the assigned applications and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform, and deliver the end to end technical solution.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop or Assist in Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within TrackWise.
  • Troubleshoot integrations with other systems.
  • Work within ADO for Requirements and Testing.
  • Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies, across Projects, Release Cycles and Operations / Support.
  • Produce technical documents, configure and/or develop within assigned applications and understand the overall design/architecture of a platform.
  • Transition knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Team(s).
  • Support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.
  • Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance within TrackWise.
  • Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack.
  • Guides and mentors other Solution Analysts
  • Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience required.
  • TrackWise experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion.
  • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required.
  • Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills preferred.

$65,400.00 - $101,700.00 USD Annual salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
