As the IT Lead Business Analyst, you will work with Global Customer Care business and technical teams to understand their needs and collaborate to deliver on impactful technology initiatives and day-to-day solutions.
*This is a hybrid role that will require at least 2 days per week in office.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the Divisional teams and functional teams.
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
- Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
- Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
- Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of professional work experience in IT and/or business discipline required.
- Extensive knowledge in CRM and business systems (i.e., Salesforce, ServiceMax, CPQ systems, SAP) preferred.
- Background of working with a complex customer care division in a product business preferred.
- Experience with process mapping is required.
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required.
- Experience working with high level business stakeholders is required.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies is preferred.
