The Associate Project Manager, Installation Management is responsible for leading and directing Installation projects for the assigned product line, which often require additional resources, clear communication, and high levels of functional integration. This role will manage projects from order initiation to final implementation, maintaining communication with all stakeholders throughout. This individual will look for continuous improvement and cost savings for the assigned process. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role is expected to:

  • Define and develop installation project plans to include scope, schedule, delivery, regulatory requirements, resource requirements, cost as applicable, and performance or expected closure outcome that will meet customer, regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage daily changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes, and facilitate acceptance upon completion.
  • Document high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints using historical data and expert judgment to understand project limitations.
  • Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, guarantee the timely completion of projects while adhering to regulations and satisfying customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, accurately interpret information, and communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once with a high degree of detail and quality.

What You Will Need

  • Proven ability to create and update processes in support of overall project execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Basic understanding of project management preferred.
  • Basic level of experience with Smartsheets preferred.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to strategically think thru challenges and find solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage dynamic schedule changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong customer service skills
