Storable is seeking a creative, user-driven UX/UI Product Designer to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our B2B2C marketplace platforms. We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about design, but who also develops a deep understanding of our consumer-rapidly exploring and creating experiences that achieve business goals.

What you will do everyday:

  • Design user-centered solutions by leading the development of consumer-focused experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes.
  • Iterate and validate designs through user research, A/B tests, and feedback rounds, ensuring they resonate with end users and achieve business results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure designs are complete and efficiently implemented
  • Simplify complexity by using design tools such as sketches, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to make complex user journeys understandable and deliverable.
  • Own the user journey by continuously deepening your understanding of end-users in our B2B2C model, advocating for their needs, and helping other teams gain insights into their behaviors and interactions with our platform.
  • Contribute to our design system by designing consistently within existing guidelines and incrementally modernizing patterns to improve usability and accessibility for a broad range of users.
  • Participate in delivery by engaging in planning discussions and generating all final designs, documentation, and assets needed to support the launch and delivery of your designs.
  • Mentor peers by collaborating with other Product Designers, exchanging ideas, and inspiring innovative approaches.

What you will need to bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of digital product design experience, with strong emphasis on designing for B2B2C products and consumer-facing software.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in ecommerce and consumer-focused design (required for consideration)
  • Autonomous mastery of design craft, including the ability to map complex user flows, meticulously design interactions, create practical solutions, and ensure seamless delivery in collaboration with engineering counterparts
  • A passion for understanding end-user needs, with a deep focus on user journeys in B2B2C environments and designing for diverse audiences

• Comfort with iteration, driven by peer feedback and qualitative and quantitative data

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
