Who we are looking for

We are looking for an engaged working student to support us in the annual external audit on Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG).

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

Why this role is important to us

The Working Student is responsible for collecting information and documents from the business teams to fulfill audit requirements. The role holder will be working closely with the central audit coordinator to ensure that requests are responded in high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Address audit requests to subject matter experts in the business teams
  • Follow-up on requests
  • Run plausibility checks on documents and feedback received
  • Provide collected business responses to the auditors
  • Join regular calls with auditors and the compliance team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
