Who we are looking for

A self-motivated, energetic analyst who will join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Planning team. You will help us convert complex GHR data sets into clear and concise information to help senior leadership make better informed workforce decisions. You will also lead consulting engagements with senior leaders to utilize the GHR workforce information in a way that supports the respective leaders strategic goals. You will partner with finance to embed workforce plans into budget. You will also partner with other GHR COE's (Centers of Excellence) globally to assist in utilizing workforce plans to inform all facets of talent planning (e.g., compensation, diversity, retention, talent acquisition etc.)

What you will be responsible for

As a Workforce Planning Assistant Vice President you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with business, finance and GHR stakeholders to build an informed workforce budget
  • Providing strategic and tactical direction for key workforce trends, metrics and ad hoc analysis
  • Preparing analytics and associated data visualizations that helps leaders better understand their workforce
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to inform leadership on urgent workforce related matters
  • Provide consultation, develop research/ project plan, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation
  • Develop material for and train HR professionals in evidence-based workforce planning
  • Provide comparative and dependent insights into specific business unit analytics

  • Intermediate level consulting skills and experience

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
