Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to facilitate product vision into reality by liasing between our engineering teams and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features and solutions. This role will work closely with Business product managers and Engineering delivery leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional product management skills.

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate/translate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Business product managers.

- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Break down complex features into user stories and tasks. Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood by the development team.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather and document detailed product requirements and use cases. Translate these requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.

- Sprint Planning and Execution: Participate in sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team understands the goals and priorities. Monitor progress, manage scope, and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

- Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and are aligned with the product vision. Work with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure comprehensive testing.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform product decisions and ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive.

- Documentation: Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.

Core/Must have skills

Overall 12+ industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile product management, technical project management, or a related field with a strong track record of managing technology products or solutions.

Technical Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical design.
- Tools: Experience with product management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Programming/Scripting: Familiarity with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java) or experience with software development is a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Good to have skills

Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, etc. are advantageous.

Experience: Experience in working onDLT Products like Tokenization/ Crypto Custody is a plus.

Exposure to managing cloud based applications/solutions is a plus
