Who we are looking for

A seasoned tax professional with extensive tax provision, reporting, compliance and audit experience. Reporting to the Director of Tax Operations, the candidate will lead a team responsible for the global income tax provision, federal tax return, and IRS audits.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As Director of Tax Provision & Reporting, you will

  • Be responsible for the US GAAP global tax provision for income taxes and related disclosures
  • Manage the US Quarterly and Annual tax provision calculations
  • Oversee the calculation of effective tax rate forecasts and effectively communicate with business partners (Investor Relations / FP&A)
  • Be responsible for the federal income tax return
  • Manage the hforecast of US cash tax liabilities ensuring utilization of tax attributes
  • Oversee the R&D credit computation and supporting documentation
  • Lead the IRS audit
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience on tax provision & reporting matters for U.S multinational corporations / Public Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (Master's degree in Taxation preferred)
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • Experience with Onesource Tax a plus

Salary Range:
$175,000 - $287,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
