Job Description:
- Lead MDM development team on modernizing MDM Platform
- Provide the budget estimates to senior management for strategic objectives and new initiatives
- Build and drive delivery of strategic state Master Data Management platform
- Manage Master Data Management project , ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Partner with business owners to define platform roadmaps and scope for initiatives/features
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies and operation risks
- Partner effectively with Production Support and other integrated platform/application teams
- Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Set the performance management priorities, goals and conduct the periodic reviews for the team
- Provide technical design and guidance to the team on Data modelling, Data Warehousing, Informatica Master Data Management and Client 360

Education and Qualification:
- Minimum Education qualification: Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum work experience: 15+ years
- Managing experience for at least 3 years
- Lead and Architect with at least 5 years Informatica MDM implementations experience
- Informatica MDM Implementation, Configuration
- Base Configuration, Match Rules
- Mapping /Trust rules config/ Validation rules config
- Knowledge of SIF API
- MDM Queue experience
- Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration and customization experience
- Data analysis experience
- Data modeling experience
- Functional lead and/or project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to foster team relationships with team colleagues and other individuals within the company
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze and assess potential business opportunities
Good to have skills:
- Services Integration Framework (SIF) experience
- Informatica MDM product install experience
- CDQ Experience
- IDMC Experience
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
