What you will be responsible for

1. Product Strategy and Delivery

• Develop and deliver a portfolio of innovative products and solutions that align with Corporate Audit strategic vision and deliver measurable long-term value.

• Manage product backlogs and lead agile sprint planning to ensure timely development and deployment of audit-enabling tools and capabilities.

• Identify opportunities to innovate audit practices through advanced analytics, automation, and cutting-edge technology adoption.

2. Advanced Analytics and Technology Adoption

• Lead the development and scaling of advanced analytics capabilities such as Generative AI, AI, NLP, RPA, Machine Learning, and Process Mining across the Corporate Audit department.

• Enable auditors to leverage advanced tools to improve audit efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and generate actionable insights.

• Partner with data platform teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into existing workflows and systems.

3. Governance

• Establish and maintain industry-wide best practices for Products, Dashboards, Automation, AI Models, and Other Tools to drive consistency, scalability, and audit value.

• Act as a subject matter expert for implementing audit-focused tools that align with regulatory expectations and internal governance frameworks.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with audit leadership, data platform owners, and application teams to define requirements and implement solutions that automate and enhance audit processes.

• Work closely with auditors to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize product features that improve audit outcomes.

• Champion cross-department collaboration to ensure audit innovation aligns with enterprise-wide goals.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving audit needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

• Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new ideas and solutions.

• Support training and adoption efforts to ensure Corporate Audit strategic teams are equipped to leverage advanced analytics and automation tools effectively.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computers, IT, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum of 14 years of working experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Generative AI, NLP, RPA, Machine Learning and relevant technologies).
  • Relevant work experience in Internal Audit functions and/or at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor for a financial services company is a plus.
