As Senior Integration Developer, the candidate will play a role in Integration Services MTeX team. MTeX is a State Street's Middleware Integration platform providing integration solutions and services. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in the integration stack. The successful candidate must be effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and be capable of meeting deadlines. The role expects senior Lead expert with strong experience in business and software development, managing small team, data analysis, system flows and business architecture in order to strategically develop the various products of Integration Services.

- The primary role is to design, and develop integration solutions/services. The in-house platform is built and supported using IBM technology platforms like IBM Integration Bus, IBM WebSphere MQ, and other toolsets enabling Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Service Bus.
- Candidate should manage multiple development projects and also lead a small development team.
- Must have good experience in ESQL, Java, Webservices, Unix, Shell Scripting, etc.
- Candidate will provide Level 4 support for the global platforms and services.
- Preparing/maintaining/reviewing Architecture and Design specifications, Functional specifications, Production implementation plans, release notes, deployment matrix, and other documents.
- Gather business requirements and co-ordinate with businesses and clients.
- Developing service solutions based on Industry standards SWIFT MT, MX, FIX, JSON etc.
- Using and integrating processes through various transmission protocols.
- Experience in developing Enterprise Web application in Java/J2EE is a plus.
- Experience on React UI framework, hands on experience in Kafka, Exadata PL/SQL, NOSQL databases, C++ is a plus.
- Hands-on Experience with Integration, Ingestion platforms and event orchestration.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate a strong level of competence in Results Focus, Business Acumen and Curiosity and Technology Level Influence/Teamwork
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-6 years of hands on experience in Enterprise messaging development like IBM MQ & Kafka, Java, J2EE, React JS.
- Experience with UNIX and shell scripting.
- Experience of different transmission protocols including but not limited to SFTP, FTS, HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, REST endpoints, WebSockets, NDM etc.
- Experience with or knowledge of Kafka and Kafka Streams a plus.
- Experience in or knowledge of Agile or Industrialized Agile a plus.
