Senior Digital Transformation Manager, Assistant Vice President

Purpose Of Role:

Senior Manager for Digital Transformation is responsible for managing team of system/ business analysts and developers for automation platforms (Chorus, Blue Prism), acting as an SME for the area of responsibility, as well as supporting wider IFDS CM team in the capacity of senior manager.

Specific Duties:

The main responsibilities include:

  • Management of team of system/ business analysts, developers, production support and digital automation specialists in a challenging matrix organization;
  • Develop the team in terms of scope and responsibilities, with the view of becoming a center of excellence for key change management activities;
  • Act as a deputy for Head of IFDS Change Management team;
  • Support wider IFDS CM community, leveraging specialist knowledge and skills acquired;
  • Ensure high level of teams' deliverables in terms of quality and timeliness;
  • Analyze, plan and execute introduction of Blue Prism robotics tool as a major scope extension for the team; ensure level of supervision proper to the new roles;
  • Chorus responsibilities: act as a lead role for Chorus platform, in terms of analysis, dev/ build, release, senior SME/ consultant role;

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

Core competencies

  • People Management experience with good skills in developing, coaching, supporting and motivating employees
  • Good communication & customer relationship skills;
  • Proven track record of excellent business analysis/ system analysis, programming skills;
  • Problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Innovativeness and pro-activity;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Excellent BPMN knowledge & skills;
  • Good Blue Prism knowledge and skills;
  • SQL skills;
  • Web Services knowledge;
  • Agile/ Scrum experience;
  • Highly motivated with exceptional integrity;
  • MsOffice suite skills;
  • Good understanding of Transfer Agency business will be beneficial;

Level Of Education:

Higher education in relevant technology, finance or business sciences

Previous Level Of Experience:

Minimum 8 years of system/ business analysis and/ or development/ programming experience, with at least 4 years in a Financial Services.

Minimum 2 years' experience in project or people management role.
