• Prepare monthly aging reports for all entities in portfolio
• Collection activities of past due accounts / for past due invoices
• Make recommendations to senior management for reserves of >181+ past due accounts
• Identify cash receipts for proper matching to outstanding invoices
• Prepare tax with-holding documentation and reporting
• Maintain tax jurisdictions and tax rates
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Tax reconciliation preparation and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Finance Reporting/ General Ledger / Financial Accounting / Tax and/or other related fields
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GL, financial accounting reporting, controlling)
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Outlook is necessary
• Advanced Language skills: written and verbal in English
• Excellent communications, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills
• An ability to adhere to multiple deadlines, with good time management and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Engagement and ownership
• An innovative and structured approach to work, coupled with an ability to continuously identify and implement process improvements
• A willingness to take ownership of problems and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
