Who we are looking for
The Privileged Access Program Manager oversees the PAM Key Initiatives; working with Analysts, and Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program delivered via agile and/or waterfall methodologies. They will work closely with the business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams .
What you will be responsible for
• Evaluating the relevant IAM/PAM Controls as a basis for measurement in program effectivenesss
• Designing and Developing high quality dashboards and program reports using KPIs and KRIs.
• Presenting the program goals, progress, risks to multiple audiences including senior executives, external auditors and regulators.

• Participate in the marketing of the PAM program to internal customers.Utilize corporate communications processes, help construct Office Hours agenda and materials to promote adoption, create Jira tasks for PAM staff to impactful contribution in marketing.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all PAM program initiatives and outcomes.
• Be a strong example of ownership. Establish plans and assignments when needed. Identify impediments, initiate and propose workarounds through escalation process
• Responsible for preparing and delivering timely reports for key stakeholder audiences
• Analyzing Jira Reports and Sprint Performance to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Function as product owner/stakeholder in agile sprint planning.
What we value

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years Demonstrated background with cyber security field, including identity governance, access management, privileged access management..
• 5-8+ years experience in leading large cyber security programs spanning several years
• 4+ years experience with multi-cloud projects including Azure, AWS, and Co-located data centers..
• 5+ years experience in Agile methodology and using Atlassian tools (Confluence Jira)
• Proficiency in analyzing data set, constructing charts, power points and dashboards at executive level.
• Strong background with security policy, security standards and security controls
• 5+ years working in the global financial services industry in a role that had direct contact and working responsibility with market regulatory agencies
• Familiarity with a broad range of systems, platforms and operating systems
• Helpful certifications in CISSP, CPM, Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
