Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings - daily standups.
- Lead sprint pre planning and Sprint planning meetings
- Supporting product owner in product backlog refinement
- Monitoring Jira activities and Confluence updating
- Conduct "retrospective" reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint
- Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders outside of the team
- Managing change request , Tollgate and maintain Tracker.
- Monitoring Velocity and leading DEMO calls
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+Year experience in scrum mater role.
- Experience in BSFI domain preferred.
