Seasoned professional with Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Japanese/English bilingual (written/verbal) and minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accountability for the deal review process, from deal team documentation prep to receiving sign-off from deal team members to document scanning and filing.
- Work closely with senior managers in the Relationship Management (RM) team and lead both multi-month and one-off projects on behalf of the RM team
- Create Client presentation materials, RFP and RFI responses, and due diligence packages, while creating and maintaining a master copy of the most up-to-date RFP responses
- Act as a back up to RM-led governance tasks, including Conflict of Interest management, joint call report reconciliation, and other department and division-related control tasks
- Reconcile RM call reports to ensure timely input into the Bank's global CRM platform
- Review and, where practical, streamline the division's procedures and rules
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal and other local and regional functions to ensure the timely delivery of internal and Client-facing documentation and tasks
- Ensure prompt follow up and resolution of any day-to-day issues
