Job Responsibilities:
Process
- To quickly understand / self-learn end-to-end Revenue Management Cycle (client account setup, account maintenance, monthly accrual, true-up, client invoicing, account receivable, etc.) of the company. Able to assume responsibilities for all activities and tasks within the group.
- To handle the billing functions independently with minimum supervision; to work on critical billing tasks/special project with strict deadlines & quality check the invoices with 100% accuracy
- To take initiatives on process improvement; identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process, ability to analyze process for re-engineering opportunities
- Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed SLA. Plan and coordinate non-standard activities. Assist in the oversight of written procedures.
- Handling Client Inquiries and ensure timely response & getting the invoices right the first time
- Prepare the weekly / monthly/ quarterly MIS reports
- Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business
- Ensure that the gaps in the process are highlighted and that there are adequate controls in place to fill the gaps

- Provide manager with feedback and suggest improvements on performance of team
- Identify the training requirements of the team members and work with the Training Team on providing the required trainings
- Collaborate with the team / manager / stakeholders both onshore and offshore
Client Relations
- Establish good relationships with Client Onboarding team, Client Service Officer's team, Relationship Manager's team with whom the team will need to interact on a regular basis.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external clients
- Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge
- Domain Knowledge of Asset (Investment) Management industry
- Knowledge in accounting (especially revenue recognition)
- Strong in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Experience & Education
- Total work experience of 4 to 6 years
- 1+ years related experience. MBA finance / Bachelors in Commerce
