Who we are looking for:

You will be joining the Regulatory Reporting team in Global Finance Center Krakow (Poland), which provides a wide range of complex financial and reporting services. The team gives senior stakeholders financial tools and information they need to make an effective analyzes and transparent reporting to multiple State Street Bank locations across the world help our business partners create more effective strategic solutions and act on revenue growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the production of specific EU and German Bank regulatory requirements.
  • Support the collation and review of Regulatory policies within the EMEA space.
  • Manage regulatory initiatives and interactions for the specific reports as required, including Data and I.T requirements.
  • Provide additional support to the Functional leads as required.
  • Develop and implement improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of reporting requirements and stay current with changes in regulations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 9 years of professional experience in Finance Reporting, Finance Accounting.
  • Regulatory Reporting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive and showing initiative in different circumstances and under pressure.
  • Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders, in a multi-locational environment.
  • Practical knowledge of accounting databases such as Oracle and regulatory software such as Regnology (Abacus 360) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Products (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using BI Tools - TIBCO Spotfire or Power BI in creating dashboards and data profiling will be an additional advantage.
  • Good command of German an advantage.
