As a member of the Transformation team within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) of State Street Global Advisors, the Project Manager - Transformation will be responsible for managing initiatives that continue to advance our talent, culture, and engagement objectives. This is a full-time role with 4 days in the office expected per week and 1 day of remote work. This position will be based in Boston.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of global framework that continues to harmonize, enhance, and deliver on SSGA's talent pipeline rotational program objectives.
  • Leadership and oversight of SSGA's pipeline rotational programs including quarterly report out to SSGA Talent, Learning, and Culture Council (TLC) while maintaining strong and effective partnerships across business unit stakeholders and corporate functions.
  • Accountable for the design, launch and management of a global events calendar offering various forums for networking, mentoring and continued learning and development to SSGA's talent pipeline rotational program members.
  • Establish global communication plan for rotational programs including welcome emails, leadership dashboards, manager and all-employee communications and event calendar while continuing to promote program to global managers.
  • Become subject matter expert and power user of learning and registration tools to support training and networking events.
  • Embrace State Street culture trait behaviors; Support SSGA's culture programs while coaching and mentoring across the organization.
  • Build internal and external network, remain current on evolving talent and learning industry trends, and periodically conduct internal and external benchmarking on talent rotational programs.
  • Support SSGA TLC on execution of various talent initiatives and rollouts as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years financial services experience, asset management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of Power Point and Excel preferred
  • Experience managing talent pipeline programs desired
  • Change Leadership experience desired.

Salary Range:
$135,000 - $210,000 Annual
