Purpose Of Role:

Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall project deliverables are met on time and on budget. Project Manager works with Project Team, SMEs, stakeholders & sponsors, Project Management Office (PMO) and Programme Director to coordinate project planning and execution.

Specific Duties:

Project Management/ Change Management

  • Manages projects in their complete life cycle i.e. from Initiation through Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing
  • Takes complete responsibility for all areas of project with the greatest focus on Scope Management, Time Management and Resource Management

  • Tracking and responding to user feedback regarding changes and implementation process
  • Assumes overall responsibility for and follow up on the project execution until the product is implemented and utilized.

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

Core requirements

  • Excellent project management skills, good project management/ change management experience and training.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute Standards or certification according to PMI will be a considerable advantage.
  • Excellent managerial skills - ability to manage people on tight time frames.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills

Other

  • MsOffice suite skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must

Level Of Education:

Higher education in relevant area (Business, Finance, IT Tech).

Previous Level Of Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services and/or implementation related experience.
