Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Process Engineer, Vice President to play a key role in advanced process engineering, optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality. The VP Process Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end process design and optimization, using data analytics and automation tools to drive impactful solutions. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical expert focused on solving complex process challenges. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

  • Lead and execute comprehensive process analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement advanced process engineering solutions, including automation and systems integration, to improve operational performance.
  • Conduct high-level data analysis to assess process performance, model outcomes, and inform decision-making.
  • Work with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes with existing systems and technologies.
  • Test and validate new processes to ensure effectiveness, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and process flow diagrams to standardize and support new workflows.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.
