Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) - Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Process Engineer, Assistant Vice President to play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires technical expertise in process engineering methodologies, data analysis, and a deep understanding of systems integration. The AVP Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

What you will be responsible for

As Process Engineer, Assistant Vice President you will

  • Conduct detailed process mapping, analysis, and design to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
  • Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing process efficiency.
  • Use data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of new processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze process metrics, providing insights and reports to stakeholders on process performance.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
