Who we are looking for

State Street Global Delivery is responsible for outsource service provision through leading edge technology and services for its clients. SSGD has demonstrated excellent success in recent times with major client wins covering in excess of 10 locations worldwide, including UK, Europe, India and USA. SSC are increasing its talent to support the development and roll-out of new projects within Investment Operations both in the Middle Office and Front Office arena. We require keen investment operations business professionals to play a key role in the delivery of a successful solution.

The candidate will contribute to the EMEA Portfolio Services team covering various functions within the front and middle office. The team member is required to have a proactive, self-starter mindset with analytical skills to research and communicate queries both internally and externally while coordinating with multiple State Street teams.

What you will be responsible for

  • Analytical knowledge in CRIMS, SSCD, RKS and SQL knowledge as a plus to pinpoint and resolve transaction, position and cash queries.
  • Interact with all front office/middle office teams in order to implement and answer client queries.
  • Ensure checklists are followed at all times to identify, evaluate and track progress of issues and dependencies, escalating them appropriately when unsure.
  • Take ownership of issues to resolution, engage teams as needed to gain consensus.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge/experience in investment industry
  • Strong on Excel and other MS office products
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • SQL knowledge would be advantageous
