Position Description

State Street Performance & Analytics team seeks qualified individual with experience and industry knowledge to work with P&A Project Team. The individual in this role will work as a part of Performance Analytics team who perform and/or oversee production of performance results calculated in internal and external performance systems to generate timely and accurate Investment Performance Reporting that is provided to our clients. The successful candidate will fulfil duties related to operations and projects support for performance functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Operation Teams in the production of daily and monthly investment performance and attribution reporting.
  • Provide oversight to business line development through identification of key issues and trends and determine/implement corrective actions or controls.
  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and products
  • Identify and explore enhancement opportunities related to performance systems, tools and control environment.
  • Contribute to analysis and planning of operating model with the aim to standardize processes and establish best practices.
  • Provide expert knowledge, guidance, support and trainings to operational staff.
  • Support control, risk, governance and compliance activities.
  • Manage document maintenance on scope of service, procedures, risk assessments, contacts and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • +5 years of related work experience
  • Economics, Accountancy, and/or Business related degree (preferred)
  • CIPM, CFA and/or other industry qualifications, a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent English
  • Ability to lead projects
