About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to support our operations team in day to day business processes and assist with managing and organizing the Cybersecurity's Governance Risk & Compliance Book of Work in Jira. This role will provide hands on experience in operations management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration and to gain hands-on experience in project management, agile methodologies and workflow optimization. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business operations while contributing to projects that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvement to streamline operations
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and execution, and tracking of operational projects ensuring they are completed within a proper timeline
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain accurate documentation for process workflows and standard operating procedures. As well as creating weekly/monthly and quarterly reports via PowerPoint and Excel
  • Manage Jira Boards: Create, maintain and update Jira for various projects and teams
  • Track Project Progress: Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables across the book of work
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input data, ensure accuracy and generate various reports
  • Workflow Optimization: Support teams in optimizing workflows within Jira, including setting up epics and themes
  • User Support: Assist team members with Jira related inquiries as well as Change Approval requests and actions
