Who we are looking for
As Senior Associate in Luxembourg ETF Fund Accounting Team, you will be responsible for oversight of NAV Production and be facing client for the design and implementation of new processes. You will also be gatekeeper for any client queries related to Fund Accounting and coordinate regulatory report for Nav incident.
This position requires good client facing skills as well as relevant Fund Accounting knowledge.
As Fund Accounting Senior Associate you will:
- Assist and train team members to calculate and validate Net Asset Value (NAV) for their assigned funds
- Review cash reconciliations daily (no unresolved discrepancies)
- Review portfolio position
- Review and ensure all positions are priced correctly daily
- Review of accounting transactions for accuracy
- Ensure all daily client reporting deadlines are met by your team
- Ensure weekly / monthly deadlines are achieved by your team
- Lead/assist with financial statement preparation (monthly and annually)
- Lead/assist with working paper preparation and enquiries related to the annual audit
- Ensure appropriate allocation and sharing of work within team
- Develop communication within the team on a day to day basis

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree a plus.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 yearsof relevant experience gathered in a financial services environment.
