Job Description
This position is responsible for the delivery of Global time and attendance Hub team services including Tier-3 tickets service delivery and other BAU activities. The position requires the ability to continuously look to improve the efficiency of day-to-day time and attendance operations through work process improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the Global Time and Attendance Hub team service delivery.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in monthly time and attendance Workday reports including shift allowance, overtime, shift schedules, PEX payroll reports and other adhoc reports.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality while handling any activity and while sharing any data to the stakeholders as the team handles highly sensitive data.
- Manage certain time bound tasks and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful.
- Demonstrate high professionalism and flexibility towards work assigned.
- Handling the end-to-end time and attendance reports and BAU tasks.
- Ensure to control risk within the time and attendance function by continuous regular review of procedures and conducting a self-audit on the activities.
- Handling Tier-3 tickets with a focus on TAT.

- Ownership of time and attendance related Tier-3 tickets and other queries. This includes continuous review of FAQs and SOPs.
- Prepare variety of reports (regular and adhoc) for various stakeholders including the internal and external (such as Statutory compliance partner).
- Handling the escalations in an effective and efficient manner.
- Providing the attendance related full and final settlement inputs.
- Create, maintain Excel spreadsheets and customize as per the standard operating process (SOP) document.
- Develop and implement excel-based solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analysis.
- Develop team strengths, be it at an individual or group level.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Any graduate/ HR graduate with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations / Backoffice operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and capacity to learn new technology/systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, ensure accuracy and execute against pre-determined timelines.
- Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Team oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Internal teams.
