Risk reporting is the process of distributing information and analysis to internal Stakeholders, focused on the disclosure of risk. Risk reporting plays an important role for the Stakeholders in assessing and managing the risk profile of the company. The current position is for Non-Financial Risk reporting and will cover information collation, analysis and distribution of data pertaining to Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Compliance Risk. The team will be responsible to maintain and improve existing reporting and analytics infrastructure using various tools, methodologies and continuously monitoring the Non-Financial Risk profile of the firm.

What you will be responsible for

As a Vice President you will be responsible for

  • Managing critical processes in creation of data products including supervision over the production and design of Non-Financial Risk dashboards, forecasts, reports across Operational Risk, Technology and Compliance Risk disciplines.
  • Drive operational efficiency and compliance with BCBS 239 principles, such and timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Led calibration and built of a technical stuck supporting the production of data products.
  • Manage stakeholders in a empathetic and effective manner, collaborate closely with peers across the team.
  • Support change initiatives by providing project management for key initiatives
  • Manage a dedicated team supporting design and production activities by setting clear and attainable goals, providing mentorship and support.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, 5 years of managing analytics and reporting teams.
  • Reporting and analytics skills: ETL technologies, SQL, R, Python. PowerBI, Tableau,
  • Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as NLP
  • 3+ years as project manager
  • Certifications on Enterprise Risk Management would be plus
  • Familiarity with banking, risk management and/or finance,
