Who we are looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Middle Office Services Change Team.

  • This is a Vice President role located in Boston / Quincy MA requiring in office presence
  • The candidate will assume the role of Project Manager throughout the project life cycle (end-to-end) overseeing Agile Business and Technology related initiatives
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing project deliverables in collaboration with other members of the Strategic Global Clients MO Change, Business and Technology teams.

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and management of a group of medium to large projects for a strategic Global Middle Office client
  • Facilitate development of Project Charters including definition of target outcomes and measures
  • Under general supervision, plan, organize, control and deliver activities that contribute to achieving the target project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans
  • Coordinate and manage project scope control to time and budget
  • Coordinate and manage project resourcing
  • Coordinate and manage project risks and issue resolution
  • Identify and manage project dependencies
  • Coordinate project tracking and reporting into the broader strategic Global Middle Office client's change portfolio governance practices
  • Coordinate communication, seek direction and decision making as appropriate with sponsors and management
  • Clearly communicates both verbally and in written format
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the impact of problems across the organization and facilitates a collaborative solution
  • The role may involve direct management of analysts.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP / PRINCE / Agile qualifications desirable
  • Demonstrable project management experience in Financial Services (Middle Office Operations preferrable)
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large, complex projects throughout the project life cycle
  • Ability to manage through complex issues and realignment of priorities / deliverables to ensure milestones and targets are achieved
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in project management methodology and tools
  • Budget and project tracking capability.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
