Middle Office - Alpha Client Specialist, Senior Associate

Who we are looking for

This is the SME role responsible for monitoring the daily delivery service of their client(s), managing and resolving operational inquiries, performing service governance, and client escalation

1.Monitors and drive accountability for both Back Office and Middle Office services delivery to critical client.

2.Partner with Process and Product teams to resolve issues and ensure ownership of timely and accurate service delivery.

3.Taking client inquiries timely and respond timely within agreed service level.

4.Be responsible for critical client claims processing and reporting in timely manner and driving for quick closure.

5.Be responsible for critical client custody facilitation on cash, FX, security, and market settlement

6.Be familiar of internal escalation protocol for critical client's escalated resolutions

7.Be responsible for broker onboarding for critical client

8.Capable of client communications and internal interaction.

What we value

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority
  • Must be self-motivated, adaptable and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure
  • Preferred experience in asset management, including investment operations, fund accounting and portfolio valuation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze on the spot.
  • Preferred experiences in Derivatives operations

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, business, technology or equivalent or relevant industry experience
  • Strong MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint skills necessary
  • Strong English written and spoken ability
