Who we are looking for:

As a Application Developer, the candidate will be responsible for developing solutions for GTS Integration Services team. The candidate must have 2+years of experience in developing web applications in Java, JavaScript frameworks, Spring MVC. The candidate must have strong OOPS fundamentals, Strong foundation on Data structures. The successful candidate should be able to deliver coding tasks with varying complexities and be capable of meeting deadlines for Integration Services team.

As Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysis, design, development and test solutions for integration services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
  • Write clean, efficient and reusable code.
  • Should deliver development tasks based on coding best practices and considering non-functional aspects.
  • Manage your efforts within and outside the agile team and ensure tasks are completed successfully within deadlines with agreed quality standards.
  • Works independently and collaboratively and apply analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work.

  • The candidate needs to demonstrate a strong level of competence in Results Focus, Business Acumen and Curiosity and Technology Level Influence/Teamwork

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing Enterprise Web application in Java/Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent Team player and collaborative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HTTP protocols, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular or react)
  • Familiarity with REST and API.
  • Understanding of version control system like GIT/SVN etc.
  • Should have working experience in Agile Teams.
  • Experience in any build tools like ANT, Maven or Gradle.
  • Knowledge of any one relational database.
  • Good to have exposure on NoSQL DBs (document etc.).
  • Good to have Experience working with any of the messaging platforms like IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, ActiveMQ or Rabbit MQ etc.
