About the Co-Op Program:
- Please note this posting is for all opportunities in any of our Massachusetts offices for Jan 2025 - June 2025 Co-Op Program.
- Co-Op students are full-time 6-month interns at State Street. You will support us in any of our four major business units (State Street Global Advisors Global Markets Alpha Organization and Institutional Services) or corporate functions and through your work lead us to The Way Ahead. This Program offers development to diverse top-tier college-level talent providing a robust comprehensive work experience for qualified students to prepare you to be a full-time employee who demonstrate our core values.
- This program is open to students of all class years.

Qualifications:
- State Street considers many disciplines when hiring interns. We seek candidates who possess the following portfolio of skills:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program with eligibility for co-op participation
- Passionate about the financial services industry
- Demonstrate teamwork communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with an exceptional drive for success
- Demonstrated academic aptitude a strong work ethic and involvement in college and/or community programs and events.
Salary Range:
$15,600 - $58,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
