Job Description Analyst
Business Systems Analyst you will
- Perform Identification, analysis and documentation of system and business requirements.
- Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software specifications.
- Perform business/systems analysis and create documentation that ensures that our development solutions are successfully implemented.
- Develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts for developers to follow
- Conduct workflow analyses, assessing impact of systems functionality on systems and operations and make recommendations on integration and process improvements.
- Use modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
- Perform project management tasks

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related technical field
- 10+ years experience as an analyst on IT projects
- 5+ Years of BFSI domain knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis with Excel, SQL
